Privacy Policy

Effective: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TOP G INC. (“TOP G,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website, the online driver application, contact forms, and our optional applicant SMS program.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional mobile phone number, state of residence, CDL-A status, driving experience, opportunity preferences, application notes, and messages submitted through the contact form. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and website activity through normal server logs or hosting tools.

How we use information

We use information to review driver applications, respond to inquiries, discuss qualifications and availability, schedule recruiting conversations, coordinate application or onboarding steps, provide requested SMS updates, maintain website security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or operational obligations.

SMS and mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help us provide the messaging service, such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and technical vendors. They may use the information only as needed to deliver, support, or secure the messaging service and not for unrelated marketing.

SMS choices

SMS participation is optional. You may submit a driver application without providing a mobile number and without opting in to SMS. If you opt in, message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, call +15674991999, or email [EMAIL ADDRESS].

How information may be shared

We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, form delivery, communications, security, analytics, professional services, or other operational support. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transaction. We do not authorize service providers to use applicant mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing.

Cookies and technical data

Our website or hosting provider may use essential cookies, logs, or similar technologies to operate the site, maintain security, and understand basic website performance. We do not use SMS opt-in data for behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, applicant communication, consent documentation, operational, legal, security, or compliance purposes. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information through the public forms.

Children’s privacy

This website and recruiting program are intended for adults seeking commercial driving opportunities and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through these forms.
